Pimpin recently joined The Progress Report Podcast to speak about his rough upbringing with his mom and having to hold down his household at an early age forcing him to be a man as a teen. He admits that he only got into music because of his bandmate Parlae and they would eventually form Dem Franchize Boyz known for massive hit records such as “White Tee”, “Lean wit It, Rock with It”, and “Oh, I Think They Like Me”, which he just performed at the Bow Wow and Soulja Boy Verzuz battle.
During the interview, Pimpin shares untold stories about the music and speaks on the status of his current relationship with the other bandmates. Pimpin also calls out Diamond and WE TV for negatively portraying him on this past season of Growing Up Hip Hop and says how it’s affecting his custody battle.
