Born Omar A. Ferret-Testa in Havana, Cuba, Premo’s journey has taken him across countries and cultures. After being politically exiled from Cuba at a young age, he relocated to the United States with his family, first living in Miami, Florida, before eventually settling in Omaha, Nebraska.
It was in the Midwest where Premo began developing his passion for music, spending time freestyling, battling, and writing while navigating life as an immigrant building his own path.
Today, Premo El Negociante blends Latin influence with hip hop storytelling, delivering music that reflects both his roots and his experiences.
