Atlanta Recording Artist Loui Talks New Music Signing To Run It Up Records And More On “Voice It”

Loui is known as a rapper/songwriter from Atlanta, Ga, and releasing his single “Talk N Bout (Talm Bout) , along with a visual featuring Lil Jay, and Lil Chose Directed by Diesel Films. The single has gone viral on Tik Tok with over 780,000 native uploads. “Talk N Bout” comes after the release of Loui’s 2020 album Wass’ Goin,” an 11-song album that features guest appearance by, Luh Kel, Lil Goitit, and Bow Wow. Tiara – For the people that don’t know you, tell them who you are.

Loui – I’m a rap artist from the Southside of Atlanta Ga, and I’m 19 years old.

Tiara – How was it for you growing up in Atlanta?

Loui – It’s really the same as any other neighborhood, it’s a lot of gang banging and violence, and break-ins, but its also some good things going on.

Tiara – Who are some of the artists you grew up listening to?

Loui – I grew up listening to Charlie Wilson, TI, Young Thug, and Rich Homie Quan.

Tiara – What keeps you motivated?

Loui – Providing for my family, I have brothers and nephews, and I just wanna see everybody happy.

Tiara – You have a song out called Talk N Bout featuring Lil Jay, and DJ Chose that went viral on Tik Tok, what inspired you to make that song?

Loui – We was just really having fun, I had released a song called Shake Dat and I had Mention Talk N Bout in the song, and everybody went crazy, so we decided to make it into a song.

Tiara – If you were to open up for an artist who would it be?

Loui – My top 3 I would say Billie Eilish, TI, and Young Thug.

Tiara – What artist would you want to do a song with?

Loui – Young Thug for sure, his style is different.

Tiara – Tell me about your collaboration with Run It Up Records?

Loui – After I released the song Shake Dat, they reached out to me, Run It Up Records was the first label that came to me.

Tiara – What advice would you give upcoming artist?

Loui – Stay in the studio, read your paper work, most importantly do your research and have connections.

Tiara – What is next for you?

Loui – I have a song that will be dropping soon featuring Saweetie.
