Lateefah Fleming Fitness and Wellness Coach, Focuses On The Benefits Of Yoga

E-RYT 500 and 20-year wellness veteran from Bergen County empowerFit Wellness, LLC’s president and chief motivation officer is Lateefah Fleming. EmpowerFit is devoted to women’s empowerment and giving back to the Bergen County community via yoga, Pilates, dancing, and a total body experience. She is the creator of “Everyone Can Do Yoga”. 30 Days of Information and Instruction on an Ancient Practice That Works Wonders in Our Modern World,” as well as one of InStyle/Top Yahoo’s 10 Powerful Women of 2021.

Lateefah hosts yoga, fitness, and wellness workshops, talks, and other classes across the neighborhood. Lateefah is never idle, and she is active on many fronts. She is currently a Lululemon Ambassador, working with them on a multitude of wellness challenges, campaigns, and fundraisers. She is passionate about providing people around locally and internationally by integrating the foundation and strength of yoga with the freedom, creativity, and exposed to various cultures discovered in dance. Fleming clients have embraced yoga, Pilates, and dance in Morocco, Belize, the Maldives, Egypt, Cuba, Panama, France, Costa Rica, Bermuda, and the Catskills, to highlight a few.
