DJ Ace joins us for a new episode of Skipping Class presented by The Progress Report for an in-depth conversation about his journey as a DJ, road manager and key figure who witnessed some of the most important moments in Gucci Mane and 1017 history firsthand.

In Part 1, DJ Ace reflects on knowing Gucci Mane since childhood and breaks down the difference between the old Gucci and the man he is today, including his thoughts on the infamous “Gucci clone” rumors and Gucci’s evolution after getting off drugs and changing his lifestyle.
