Byron Allen’s Entertainment Studios buys 11 TV stations for $305 million

Byron Allen is an American businessman founder, owner, and chairman and chief executive officer of the U.S. television production company Entertainment Studios. His offices are in New York, Atlanta, Raleigh, and Chicago. Entertainment Studios also released a great movie “47 Meters Down” back in 2017 a survival horror film directed by Johannes Roberts grossing over $62 million worldwide. Byron Allen has 11 broadcast television USA station (collectively, USA TV) for $305 million.
