At a Givenchy performance on Sunday, Young Thug previewed four new tracks from his upcoming album, Punk. Models displayed new designs from the brand’s Women’s and Men’s Spring Summer 22 Collections while the music played.
Earlier in the day, Creative Director Matthew M. Williams wrote on Instagram, “Honored and excited to announce the soundtrack for my first physical @givenchyofficial show tonight is an original score by my friend @thuggerthugger1 with unreleased music from his upcoming album “PUNK”, tune in to the Live at 8 pm CET.
Punk will be launched on October 15th, according to Thug. “Tick Tock,” Thug’s first song from the highly anticipated album, was released in August. He’s also teased “Die Slow,” “Hate The Game,” and “Droppin Jewels,” among other tunes.
The new song was praised by fans in the comments section of Givenchy’s YouTube video.
“Police is one of the best thug tracks I’ve heard in a long time,” one person commented. “Punk is already on top.”
Another person added: “We’re all here for Thugger, Punk, and if the year doesn’t end soon, it’ll be an album! It’s now up to Thugger to take command.”
