Tyler Perry new estate has a Airport and Farm near Atlanta. The estate is a 35,000-square-foot mansion built on 1,200 acres. Amenities include a lap pool, and organic farm with horses, and what appears to be a runway for Perry’s jet to take off and land. Recently the star was officially declared a billionaire by Forbes last week. According to the magazine, Perry’s films alone have grossed nearly $1 billion to date, and he owns the rights to all of them.
