Planet Asia blesses the underground with ‘Holy Water’

The Gold Chain Medallion out of Fresno, California, Planet Asia. Planet Asia brings his classical underground flavor and havoc on wordplay to surface with his latest project ‘Holy Water’.

Planet Asia is an artist that can not be put in a box for his style or sound or even point out he is from the Westcoast.

“This was an album made by pure family. It was one of the most fun albums I have recorded in years.” – Planet Asia on ‘Holy Water’

‘Holy Water’ production consisted of heavy ranges of beats and voice samples. The production was tackled by Los Angeles Duo Dirty Diggs, Architect, and Izznyce.

Planet Asia’s perception and reception from the East Coast draws interest on where the sources of the word play and beat selection originates. From the opening song, “Holy Water” he delivers on the lyrical exercise and range of styles. Setting off a deep array of catalog of bars to be displayed on 13 meticulous brought together records.

My favorite records off the project would be if I had to choose 3, would be first of all hard. He keeps you hooked but I’m going to shout out 3, “Holy Water”, “Jezus Juice”, and “Vacation Bible School”. As this project would give you the gospel in lyrics and wordplay but nothing that relates to the gospel sound and genre.
