Marcy White Talks ‘New Music & Visuals’ And More
The Florida native Marcy White has been making significant moves in the music industry she collaborated with Grammy-winning, platinum producer to name a few Mex Manny, Zaytoven and more. She also covered amazing performances nationwide tours ‘A3C’ ‘SXSW’, and ‘420’. In our interview below, she talks collaborations, her ‘Beauty Bar’ business, ’The Marcy White Collection’ her new project with Zaytoven and the beginning of her music career. Tiara – How did you get started in the music industry?
Marcy White-Me in a couple of girls were beefing, we got in the studio and made a diss song.
Tiara – Tell me about the collaboration with Zaytoven?
Marcy White – My manager Marva ask me who is my favorite artist and I told her Gucci Mane, she reached out to his manager and producer. Zaytoven is a very humble guy; it was a great experience to work with him.
Tiara– How are you staying motivated through the quarantine?
Marcy White- I have been cooking and drinking a lot of water.
Tiara – Who is your favorite female artist?
Marcy White- I like Missy Elliot; she is very versatile. She makes a lot of unique music and very creative.
Tiara- Who would you like to collaborate with in the future?
Marcy White- It would be Missy Elliot she is a great artist.
Tiara – Describe your style?
Marcy White- I’m very raw, I don’t have a filter on what I say when I’m rapping.
Tiara – How do you feel about the music industry?
Marcy White- The music industry has changed. What’s going on right now, It’s all about being creative and cultivating the crowd. You can say anything, long as the song has a catch, and the song can be a hit.
Tiara– How do you feel about covering nationwide tours within three years?
Marcy White- It feels good meeting new people and traveling and learning.
Tiara – What can we expect from you in the future?
Marcy White- I will be working on a project with Zaytoven and, I will be working on some booty-shaking music for the girls this summer along with some visuals.
Tiara– Tell me about your ‘Beauty Bar’ hair and fashion line?
Marcy- ‘Beauty Bar’ is Hair and the latest fashion.
